For more than twenty-five years, Brad has acted for Canada’s largest companies in commercial litigation matters in the Ontario Superior Court and Court of Appeal with a focus on anti-fraud remedies.

He has lectured in the law and ethics for the Law Society of Ontario and in the United States where he is also a licensed attorney.

Brad has successfully represented lawyers before the Law Society and is frequently consulted by lawyers for advice regarding their professional obligations.

He is of counsel to a leading law firm in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Brad is a former Deputy Judge in the Toronto Small Claims Court.

Brad holds an LL.M in U.S. taxation from Northwestern University and provides tax consulting to clients in Canada and the United States and has represented them in the United States Federal Court in addition to his litigation practice in Toronto.

Brad has provided pro bono services legal services and worked with non-profit organizations for more than twenty five years.
